Conditions of Use


Your contract partner for all orders is the MARIA MARIA Accessoire, Reinhardstrasse 16, 8008 Zürich / Switzerland. Your order will be registered by shipping the goods.


Delivery/ Transportation:

You will get your order, when possible, in only one package via Swiss Post, unless your order contains goods, which have to be packed separately or delivered in different ways, or which are available at a later point in time. You will not have any disadvantages therefor : the MARIA MARIA Accessoire will bear die additional postage and delivery costs.
The delivery duration by product availability usually lasts 5 - 7 working days, and at any rate, as fast as can be. If we ask you for cash in advance or for making a down payment, delivery duration might delay.
If an item is not available, we will inform you in the invoice or send you a notice in writing.

Delivery can take place under reserve of our being supplied properly and timely. No compensation for delivery delay, as far as there is no gross negligence on our part.

Paying by cash on delivery:
(only for Swiss customers!)
You order by cash on delivery and we ship your item via Swiss Post. The invoice sum will be cashed at the delivery by Swiss Post for ready money. Fees for payments by cash on delivery add up to 15.00 CHF.

Paying by cash in advance:

Pay easily by cash in advance and save the cash on delivery fee costs. Transfer the sum to the given bank account and we will transfer your package to Swiss Post on the same day your transfer is validated.

The goods are property of the MARIA MARIA Accessoire until the complete payment of the invoice sum is validated.

Return policy/ Replacement:

If a product does not satisfy you, you have the right to return it within 14 days after receiving the item. To ensure your keeping the term, you just need to send it within the term. Important advice: please return the item in its original package.

From abroad:

Customer will have to bear the costs for returns from abroad, provided that the item corresponds with the description of the ordered item. In case of insufficient postage we reserve us the right to substract the originated costs from the sum to refund.


Return:

In case of an effective return, the services received reciprocally are to be guaranteed back and, as the case may be, use drawn by the beneficiary (p. eg. functional advantages) is to be released. In case of item deterioration, value compensation might be demanded. This does not apply, if item deterioration only happened during examination -as it usually would happen in the shop. You can avoid value compensation by not using the item as the owner and omitting everything, that might affect its value.
